I'm glad I'm not the only one who was freaked out by this. XD
All in all, I wasn't fond of this level, and it was the only one I couldn't interpret in Alice's dementia beyond "guy she knows likes Chinese artwork and is portrayed as Caterpillar's voice here." That's why you see the nude geishas at all: they were in his office amidst the other dynasty collections.
